Hyderabad, April 27: Magellanic Cloud Ltd. has announced the elevation of Syed Ameeruddin as Chief Executive Officer of its e-surveillance business, comprising iVIS and Provigil Surveillance Limited. The move strengthens the company’s leadership as it accelerates growth in AI-driven surveillance and digital infrastructure.

A veteran with nearly two decades at Magellanic Cloud, Ameeruddin has held multiple leadership roles across business development, operations, client engagement, and strategic execution. Starting his journey as a Business Development Manager, he has played a key role in building client relationships, expanding the sales pipeline, strengthening operational frameworks, and nurturing cross-functional teams.

He has also contributed significantly to the company’s acquisition-led growth strategy, supporting integration of new businesses and shaping long-term expansion plans. Recently, he has been instrumental in securing major mandates across sectors including railways, NHAI, and BFSI, further strengthening the company’s order book.

In his expanded role, Ameeruddin will lead strategic growth, operational execution, and scaling of AI-powered surveillance platforms across sectors such as BFSI, transportation, smart cities, and critical infrastructure, while continuing to serve as Chief Operating Officer of the company.
