June 23: On International Women in Engineering Day, we wanted to share how conversations around women in engineering have traditionally focused on participation. Today, however, the discussion is increasingly centered on influence, how women are shaping product strategy, driving innovation, and contributing to critical business and technology decisions across sectors such as AI, cybersecurity, healthcare, and digital transformation.
