Paytm (One 97 Communications Limited), India’s full stack merchant payments leader serving MSMEs and enterprises, a leading financial services distribution company, and the pioneer of mobile payments, QR codes and Soundbox, has partnered with Visa, a global leader in payments, to bring exclusive offers across Metro travel, mobile recharges and everyday bill payments on Paytm.
Visa credit and debit cardholders can get 50% off up to ₹50 on Metro ticket bookings through Paytm, with no minimum transaction value. The offer can be availed twice per card each month. For instance, a ₹100 Metro ticket booked on Paytm using an eligible Visa card gets ₹50 off, bringing direct savings to daily and frequent commuters across metro networks.
Visa cardholders can also get 25% off up to ₹20 on Metro ticket bookings through Paytm, with no minimum transaction value. This offer can be availed five times per card each month, adding further savings for regular metro commuters.
The partnership also extends savings to recurring household payments. From October 1, 2026, Visa Classic Debit and Visa Platinum Debit cardholders can get a flat 10% off up to ₹100 on payments of ₹299 or more across mobile prepaid and postpaid recharges, electricity, water, broadband, DTH, gas cylinder, piped gas and FASTag. Visa Platinum Credit cardholders can get a flat 5% off up to ₹100 on payments of ₹299 or more across mobile prepaid and postpaid recharges, electricity, water, broadband, DTH, gas cylinder and piped gas. These offers can be availed once per card per month per user.

Here’s how to avail the Visa offers on Paytm:
● Open the Paytm app and select Metro ticketing, mobile recharge or the relevant bill payment category
● Proceed to payment and choose the eligible Visa credit or debit card
● Apply the applicable promo code before completing payment
– For the 50% Metro offer, use VISADC50 for Visa debit cards and VISACC50 for Visa credit cards
– For the 25% Metro offer, use VISADC for Visa debit cards and VISACC for Visa credit cards
● For recharges and bill payments, use VISACLASSICDC for Visa Classic Debit Cards, VISAPLATINUMDC for Visa Platinum Debit Cards or VISAPLATINUMCC for Visa Platinum Credit Cards.
