Kolkata,  Sep 1: Fusion CX, a global customer experience and business process outsourcing company, today announced the acquisition of VA Platinum (VAP), a provider of dedicated offshore staffing and managed workforce solutions for Australian businesses.

The acquisition marks Fusion CX’s 16th acquisition and establishes the company’s presence in Australia, while providing an established physical presence in New South Wales.

Founded in 2017 by Brian Jones, VA Platinum has established a strong presence among small and mid-sized Australian businesses, particularly across financial services and related professional sectors. The company serves more than 350 clients and has over 700 revenue-generating employees, supported by an operations team of approximately 100 professionals across its delivery operations in Cebu and Davao, Philippines. VA Platinum generates annual revenue of approximately US$12 million in 2026.

VA Platinum provides dedicated, full-time offshore professionals across a range of specialised functions, including finance and accounting, mortgage broking, financial planning, lending, bookkeeping, legal and conveyancing, real estate and other business support services.

The acquisition brings together VA Platinum’s Australian market expertise and specialist workforce model with Fusion CX’s global scale and offshore delivery experience. It also expands Fusion CX’s service portfolio across finance and accounting BPO, mortgage and real estate BPO, and specialised professional support services, complementing its existing customer experience and business process outsourcing capabilities.
