New Delhi, Aug 08: BLS International Services Limited, an Indian multi-national corporation and a leading global travel and mobility service provider, announced its unaudited consolidated financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2026. 

Speaking on continuing growth momentum, Mr. Shikhar Aggarwal, Joint Managing Director, BLS International Services Ltd. said: “We are pleased to deliver another quarter of strong growth and resilient performance, underscoring the strength of our diversified business model, global presence, and disciplined execution. The Company achieved a 25.3% YoY growth in Revenue to Rs. 891 Crores, while EBITDA grew 23.6% to Rs. 252 Crores and PAT increased 11.4% to Rs. 202 Crores in Q1 FY27. The Company’s diversified geographic footprint and strong operating model have enabled us to effectively navigate external challenges while continuing to capture growth opportunities. 

The Visa & Consular Services business remained a key growth engine, delivering 21.6% revenue growth and 21.5% increase in EBITDA. This performance was driven by strong operating leverage, a favourable business mix, and continued focus on process efficiencies. Importantly, even amid geopolitical developments and regional disruptions affecting travel flows in certain markets, our diversified porGolio, broad international reach, and strong execution capabilities helped us sustain growth momentum and deliver solid financial performance. 

The Digital Services business continued its growth trajectory, recording 32.2% revenue growth and 45.5% increase in EBITDA during the quarter. The strategic investments in technology plaGorms, talent, and digital capabilities are strengthening the foundation for scalable and sustainable growth in the years ahead.

Q1FY27 Performance highlights BLS International

·       The company’s Revenue from Operations grew by 25.3% YoY to Rs. 890.5 Crores in Q1FY27 as compared to Rs. 710.6 Crores in Q1FY26, driven by steady growth across Visa & Consular and Digital Services businesses

·       EBITDA increased to Rs. 252.4 Crores during the quarter from Rs. 204.2 Crores in Q1FY26, reflecting a growth of 23.6% YoY. EBITDA Margin stood at 28.3% in Q1FY27

·       PAT for the quarter increased to Rs. 201.6 Crores as compared to Rs. 181.0 Crores in Q1FY26, a growth of 11.4% YoY 

Segmental Performance

  1. Visa & Consular Business
    • Revenue of the Visa & Consular business grew by 21.6% YoY in Q1FY27 to Rs. 560.1 Crores as compared to Rs. 460.7 Crores in Q1FY26
    • EBITDA of the Visa business grew by 21.5% YoY to Rs. 225.9 Crores in Q1FY27, up from Rs. 186.0 Crores in Q1FY26. EBITDA growth was driven by continued focus on cost efficiencies and benefit from the transition from partner-run model to a self-managed operating model
    • No. of visa applications during the quarter stood at 11.3 lakh applications
    • The net revenue* per application stood at Rs. 3,521 for Q1FY27 vs. Rs. 3,167 for Q1FY26, a growth of 11.2% YoY

*Net Revenue is Reported Revenue less cost of services for Visa & Consular Services Business 

  1. Digital Business
    • Revenue from the Digital Business increased by 32.2% YoY to Rs. 330.4 Crores in Q1FY27, compared to Rs. 249.9 Crores in Q1FY26. Revenue growth was primarily driven by the growth in both business correspondent and loan distribution business
    • EBITDA for the Digital segment stood at Rs. 26.5 Crores in Q1FY27, which grew 45.5% YoY from Rs. 18.3 Crores in Q1FY26
    • Business Correspondent segment witnessed Gross Transaction Value (GTV) of over Rs. 29,500+ Crores during the quarter as compared to GTV of approximately Rs. 26,000+ Crores in Q1FY26

Major Highlights of Q1FY27:

  • Commenced Belarus visa operations in Mumbai, India, reinforcing its commitment to delivering accessible and efficient visa facilitation services to applicants. The Belarus Visa Application Centre (VAC) facilitates visas for all categories, including travel purposes such as Transit, Tourism, Business, Study, Private, and Participation in cultural, educational, sports, and scientific events.
  • Launched #VisaReadyWithBLSInternational, a social media campaign designed to educate and create awareness among visa applicants. The campaign addresses a persistent and critical gap: lack of awareness around visa timelines, documentation requirements, and application best practices that continue to leave applicants underprepared and at risk of delays.
  • Successfully launched its AI-powered VoiceBot in the United Kingdom for the Spanish mission, providing round-the-clock virtual assistance to visa applicants.
