Amity University Uttar Pradesh (AUUP), Noida Campus, organised an Industry Guide Meet 2026, for different domains including Architecture Planning & Design, Science & providing a vibrant platform for industry professionals, faculty and students to exchange insights, share experiences and explore opportunities for strengthening industry-academia collaboration.
The distinguished experts included Mr. Vishal Handa, Director of Operations – India, A-LIGN Ar. Sahil Sharma, Principal Architect and Founder, Ardor Studio; Ar. Vaishaly and Ar. Tuba, Directors, Doodle Studio Pvt. Ltd., Dr. Rina Singh Senior Principal Scientist, CSIR-Central Road Research Institute (CSIR-CRRI), Mr. Biswajeet Nayak, Director – Advanced Analytics & Data Science, Grid Analytics India Pvt. Ltd., Ms. Nisha Jain, Senior Dietitian, Felix Hospital, Noida, and many others. A key highlight of the event was the Round Table Discussion on “Industry Expectations from Young Professionals”, where industry and faculty guides deliberated on the skills, competencies and professional attributes required to enhance students’ employability and workplace readiness.
‘Abstract Book of Industry Summer Internship 2026’ was also released during the programme, showcasing students’ internship experiences and learning outcomes.
The Industry Guide Meet underscored the importance of sustained collaboration between academia and industry. Such partnerships enable faculty and students to gain exposure to emerging industry practices and real-world challenges, while providing organisations with access to young talent, fresh perspectives and opportunities for collaborative research.
