Developers are using APS as a differentiator to attract urban homebuyers seeking convenience and innovation.

Commercial real estate is another sector witnessing rising adoption. Office developers are investing in automated parking solutions to improve tenant experience, optimize basement utilization and reduce vehicle movement bottlenecks during peak hours.

As Indian cities continue to urbanize at a rapid pace, conventional parking infrastructure may no longer be sufficient to meet future demands. Automated parking systems are not just solving a space problem — they are redefining how urban mobility infrastructure is designed for the future.
