New Delhi, Sep 07Vigyanlabs Innovations Pvt. Ltd., a Mysuru-based deep-tech company, today launched FEMTO, its new Sovereign AI-in-a-Box platform, marking an important step in the company’s journey to build advanced AI infrastructure from Mysuru for organisations across India and the world.

The launch event was held at JSS College of Pharmacy, Mysuru, in the presence of Dr. S. Somanath, Former Chairman of ISRO, who was the Chief Guest. Dr. Somanath, who led ISRO during the historic Chandrayaan-3 mission, formally launched FEMTO.

FEMTO is designed to bring powerful AI computing infrastructure directly to an organisation’s own premises. The platform combines high-performance GPU computing and AI infrastructure in an integrated system, enabling organisations to run AI workloads while retaining greater control over their data, models and computing environment.

Built and developed by VigyanlabsFEMTO reflects the company’s focus on creating indigenous and sustainable computing technologies. Its fully air-cooled architecture is designed to reduce dependence on water-intensive cooling systems while supporting high-density AI computing requirements.

The event also marked the unveiling of Airawatt, the new mascot representing the FEMTO Sovereign AI Experience.

Speaking about the launch, Srinivas Varadarajan, CEO & Founder Vigyanlabs, said
