As part of the collaboration, two properties from the Tivoli portfolio are now live on Spalba’s platform, allowing clients to visualise venues and design event setups digitally before making booking decisions.

Spalba’s technology creates immersive digital replicas of physical venues, enabling planners to customise layouts, seating arrangements, décor, and stage configurations in real time. This reduces the need for multiple site visits while accelerating decision-making and improving planning efficiency.

The move is expected to strengthen Tivoli’s positioning in the MICE and wedding segments, where visual-led planning and faster turnaround times are becoming key decision drivers. Notably, over 65% of MICE venues are now adopting virtual tours for quicker visual assessment and faster decision-making.

Amit K Sood, Chief Executive Officer, Tivoli Hospitality Group, said,
“Our clients today expect a higher level of clarity before they commit, especially for large-format weddings and corporate events. Being able to visualise the entire experience remotely is becoming critical. This partnership enables us to deliver that clarity while also improving how quickly we can close decisions.”

Spalba’s platform also enables collaboration between hotel teams, event planners, and corporate clients through a shared visual interface, helping reduce operational friction during the planning process.

Vishal Puri, Co-Founder, Spalba, said,
“We are seeing the emergence of a new layer in hospitality where physical venues are complemented by their digital counterparts. This shift is creating a more efficient marketplace, where decisions are driven by real-time visualisation rather than static images or site visits. Over time, digital twins will become a standard layer across premium hospitality.”
This partnership reflects a broader shift in the hospitality sector towards digitised, demand-led event planning, where technology is increasingly influencing discovery, evaluation, and booking decisions. By leveraging AI-led capabilities such as space navigation tools like “Wayfinder,” AI-assisted content tools, and input-based event mock builders with immersive visualisation, the collaboration aims to bring greater predictability, speed, and operational efficiency to MICE and wedding planning.

According to Spalba, hotels using its digital twin platform have reported up to 50% higher enquiry-to-engagement rates, a 30–35% improvement in lead-to-booking conversions, and a reduction in sales cycles by as much as 60%.

The rollout will begin with Tivoli Hospitality Group’s key properties in India, with a phased expansion planned across the broader portfolio in line with demand from corporate and wedding segments.
