New Delhi, May 27: TeamViewer today announced the launch of AI-driven scripting capabilities for Tia (TeamViewer Intelligent Agent) at the Gartner Digital Workplace Summit 2026 in London, marking a significant step forward in its Autonomous Endpoint Management (AEM) roadmap.

Building on more than one million AI-generated session summaries since launch, Tia can now learn from an organization’s historical support data and transform resolved issues into ready-to-run automation scripts. This advancement enables IT teams to standardize proven fixes, reducing repetitive troubleshooting efforts and improving operational efficiency.
The new functionality addresses a long-standing challenge in IT operations: while issues are often resolved, the solutions are rarely captured in a way that prevents recurrence. Tia bridges this gap through a two-step process. First, it leverages AI insights from past support sessions to provide context-aware troubleshooting recommendations. Then, it enables IT teams to convert resolved cases into automated scripts, which can be reviewed, refined, and deployed across selected devices or device groups.
This innovation is part of TeamViewer’s broader vision for TeamViewer ONE, its unified digital workplace platform. The platform integrates secure remote support, real-time endpoint visibility, AI-powered assistance, and now, automation driven by verified remediation steps. By combining AI session intelligence with endpoint telemetry, Tia helps identify recurring patterns and proactively mitigate issues.
“IT teams are under increasing pressure to do more with limited resources, yet much of their time is still spent solving the same problems repeatedly,” said Mei Dent, Chief Product & Technology Officer at TeamViewer. “With Tia’s new capabilities, every resolved incident becomes a reusable asset—one that can be deployed to prevent similar disruptions. This is what scalable, consistent IT operations look like on the path to Autonomous Endpoint Management.”
At the summit, TeamViewer is also hosting sessions including “Building the Autonomous Workplace with a DEX Knowledge Layer” and “The Top 3 DEX Myths Sabotaging Your Digital Strategy.” Attendees can engage with the company at Expo Booth 207 and the Engagement Zone.
With this launch, TeamViewer continues to strengthen its position in enabling intelligent, automated, and scalable IT environments, helping organizations transition toward a more autonomous and resilient digital workplace.
