India, Aug 13: Enterprise workplace technology company GoFloaters has introduced AI–powered Workplace Intelligence capabilities as part of its platform, aimed at helping organisations manage workplace inventory, hybrid work and distributed operations more efficiently.
The new capabilities build on the company’s existing technology platform, which connects enterprises with a workplace network spanning over 50 cities, over 360 workspace operators, 35,000 seats and more than 4,000 meeting rooms across India. According to the company, the AI layer has been integrated into its core platform to automate inventory management, improve workplace intelligence and enable faster decision-making for enterprises managing teams across multiple locations.
“Managing workplace infrastructure today involves far more than finding office space. Enterprises need better visibility into utilisation, availability and operational workflows,” said Shyam Sundar Nagarajan, Founder and CEO of GoFloaters. “Our focus has been on building the technology infrastructure that connects this ecosystem, with AI helping simplify operations and improve decision-making.”
The company’s enterprise workplace platform, WorqFlexi, enables organisations to manage workplace access, bookings, approvals, utilisation insights and reporting through a single interface, reducing the need to coordinate across multiple workspace providers and systems. GoFloaters said the move reflects a broader shift in commercial real estate, where technology and artificial intelligence are playing an increasing role in workplace operations. The company plans to continue expanding its technology capabilities to support enterprises as they adapt to evolving hybrid work models.
