Delhi,  June 11 : Arte Mediatech, one of India’s creative media and MarTech agencies, has secured the comprehensive creative and digital mandate for Vahan, an AI-powered recruitment marketplace in India helping 300 Mn blue-collar workforce.

As part of the mandate, Arte Mediatech will drive the brand’s overall creative strategy and digital communication, including content planning and integrated campaigns across platforms. The partnership aims to strengthen Vahan’s brand presence as it continues to scale its AI-led recruitment platform across industries.

Arte Mediatech will handle duties including creative planning and end-to-end digital marketing strategy, managing the presence of Vahan across digital platforms for engaging with both job seekers and employer partners.

Vahan is bringing a transformation in the labour market by helping companies hire high-quality workers through AI-assisted workflows, reducing overhead as well as the hassle of multiple vendor management. 

By utilising machine learning-based technology and eliminating exploitative middlemen, Vahan reduces worker attrition, helping to increase overall worker productivity levels. It also helps to improve supply even in stressed markets, lowering turnaround times by over 20%, resulting in faster onboarding during peak season.

Speaking on the collaboration with Vahan, Rohit Sakunia, co-founder of Arte Mediatech, shared,
