For the financial year ended March 31, 2026, the Company reported Revenue from Operations of ₹100.1 crore, compared to ₹86.8 crore in FY25, representing a growth of approximately 15.3% year-on-year. The performance was supported by continued momentum across the Company’s enterprise analytics business, expansion of its platform-led offerings, and growing adoption of its intelligent operations solutions.
FY26 marked an important year in Aion-Tech’s evolution as the Company strengthened its position as a full-stack enterprise intelligence provider, combining software licensing, consulting, implementation and managed services through an integrated delivery model. The Company also continued to expand its technology ecosystem through strategic partnerships and investments in innovation, enabling customers to accelerate digital transformation initiatives and derive greater value from data-driven decision-making.

ROQIT emerged as a key strategic growth platform during FY26, expanding beyond its origins in EV asset intelligence to support fleet operations, logistics, mining, construction and industrial use cases. The platform enables customers to monitor assets, improve utilization and generate real-time operational insights through telemetry, tracking and intelligent analytics.
During the year, ROQIT broadened its platform architecture across three core solution areas: fleet and mobility intelligence, industrial asset utilization, and digital logistics. The platform’s capabilities are designed to help organizations improve operational visibility, optimize resource utilization and strengthen decision-making across asset-intensive environments.
The Company also made progress in the mining and industrial asset intelligence segment through pilot deployments focused on monitoring and analysing operational data from heavy earth-moving equipment and industrial assets, creating opportunities for future expansion across resource-intensive sectors.
ETO: Building a Technology-Enabled Logistics Ecosystem
A significant strategic development during the year was the continued transformation of ETO from a conventional logistics operator into a technology-enabled logistics and mobility platform. Leveraging Aion-Tech’s broader technology ecosystem, ETO expanded its focus beyond transportation services to include digitally enabled first-mile and last-mile connectivity, employee transportation, multimodal mobility solutions and logistics management services.
The Company’s rail parcel platform also gained further traction during the year, while new customer additions strengthened its position in technology-led logistics management. By integrating digital platforms, mobility intelligence and operational analytics, ETO is building capabilities that support more efficient, connected and sustainable transportation and logistics operations.
