Pune, Sep 15: Vikram Solar Limited, one of India’s solar PV module manufacturers and sustainable energy solution providers, has launched ‘Majha Bappa, Majhi Urja’, an experiential Ganeshotsav campaign that brings together devotion, renewable energy and community impact.
Ganeshotsav is a celebration of togetherness, faith and collective good. Building on this spirit, Vikram Solar has created an experience where every act of devotion can contribute towards bringing clean energy to communities that need it most. The campaign draws a natural connection between Bappa as a symbol of light and positivity and solar energy as a source of clean, sustainable power.
Anchored at Tilak Road Sarvajanik Ganeshotsav Mandal, Shedge Wadi, and taken across Pune through two Solar Experience Vans, the campaign invites devotees to perform a Charan Sparsh at Bappa’s feet.
With every touch, a solar Urjamandal around Bappa lights up, symbolising the transformation of devotion into renewable energy. Each interaction also generates Urja Points, with the collective points from the pandal and mobile vans contributing towards a solarisation initiative for an identified village community or school.
The campaign extends Vikram Solar’s commitment to making renewable energy more accessible and meaningful beyond its traditional applications. The Urja Points collected during the campaign will help bring solar power to a local community or school, carrying the spirit of Ganpati beyond the festival.
