New Delhi, Aug 24: India’s timeless traditions of meditation and spiritual wisdom found resonance among the community in Canada as Sudhanshu Ji Maharaj and Meditation and Mind wellness Leader Dr. Archika Didi brought India’s timeless legacy of India’s spiritual wisdom to the global stage through Jeevan Prabhat – The Dawn of a New Life. Organized at the Hindu Sabha Temple in Brampton, Canada, the three-day spiritual journey centered on inner peace and joy, opening with Divine Talks by His Holiness Sudhanshu Ji Maharaj followed by “Blissful Living Meditation” sessions led by Dr. Archika Didi.
The event focussed on wisdom of spiritual discourse, the stillness of mindful meditation, and its transformative impact on our lives. It gave the community an opportunity to experience the life-enriching practices of Indian spiritual traditions. His Holiness Shri Sudhanshu Ji Maharaj and Dr. Archika Didi were recognised by the Provincial Parliament for Mississauga, and honoured with Certificate of Recognition by the Corporation of the City of Brampton reflecting the growing appreciation for their efforts to take India’s spiritual wisdom to wider communities in Canada.

The initiative came at a time when people are seeking effective ways to overcome stress, gain inner peace and balance themselves in pressing times. Meditation is deeply rooted in India’s ancient traditions, have a proven benefit in improving mental health, while inducing a sense of calmness. Programmes such as Jeewan Prabhat provided an opportunity to experience these traditions, and these experiential learnings further cemented India’s belief in conscious and purposeful living.
