Uttar Pradesh, Aug 7: Reinforcing its commitment to community welfare and public service, Parth Gautam Foundation, under the leadership of its Founder Mr. Gautam, who also serves as the Pro Chancellor of Invertis University, has successfully concluded the third annual edition of its ‘Nishulk Sheetal Jal Seva campaign. Inspired by the vision of Dr. Umesh Gautam, Mayor of Bareilly, whose longstanding commitment to public welfare has driven several impactful social initiatives, the campaign was conducted from May 9 to July 31, 2026, providing free, clean and chilled drinking water to more than 4.22 lakh people across Bareilly during the city’s peak summer months.
Organised as a public welfare initiative to offer relief from the intense summer heat, the campaign operated continuously for nearly twelve weeks across ten high-footfall locations in Bareilly, including Kacheri, Subhash Nagar Pulia, 84 Ghanta Mandir, Madinath Puliya, Qilla Crossing, Hanuman Mandir in Civil Lines, Shayamat Ganj Chauraha, Sanjay Nagar Chauraha, Selection Point Chauraha and Adinath Chowk. Strategically located water stations ensured uninterrupted access to safe and chilled drinking water for commuters, daily wage workers, street vendors, delivery personnel, auto-rickshaw drivers, pedestrians and residents throughout the season.
Now in its third consecutive year, the initiative has evolved into one of Bareilly’s largest recurring community outreach programmes, reflecting the Foundation’s sustained commitment towards addressing a simple yet essential public need—access to safe drinking water during extreme summer conditions. Each water station was equipped with cold storage facilities and monitored regularly to maintain an uninterrupted supply throughout the day, offering immediate relief to thousands of people exposed to prolonged heat.
The campaign reflects the Foundation’s continued commitment to serving the community through meaningful grassroots initiatives. Inspired by the public service vision of Dr. Gautam, Mayor of Bareilly, the Foundation has consistently undertaken programmes that address essential civic needs while encouraging a culture of compassion, service and collective responsibility.

The campaign reached an average of nearly 35,200 beneficiaries every week, ultimately serving more than 4.22 lakh citizens over the course of the 2026 edition. By establishing water stations at some of the city’s busiest public intersections, the initiative helped minimise the risks associated with dehydration and heat-related illnesses while making a tangible difference in the daily lives of thousands of people.
Over the years, the Parth Gautam Foundation, inspired by the public service vision of Dr. Umesh Gautam, Mayor of Bareilly, has undertaken several initiatives focused on community welfare, education and social development.
