Padel 360 Unveils a New 15,000 Sq. Ft. Wellness Destination in Mumbai, Bringing Padel, Pickleball, Pilates, Yoga and Recovery Together Under One Roof

Mumbai, Sept 02: India’s padel story is no longer just about a sport gaining popularity; it’s about the rise of an entirely new lifestyle category. Amid the rapid growth of padel across the country, Padel 360, co-founded by Anu Bansal, Nilesh Bansal, Ishita Mohatta, and Gaurav Mohatta, is at the forefront of transforming India’s racquet sports landscape with premium, integrated sporting destinations.  Over the last three years, padel has grown from fewer than 100 courts in 2023 to more than 300 nationwide, supported by a rapidly expanding community of nearly 100,000 active players and a rising demand for world-class sporting infrastructure.

As participation continues to surge, the focus has shifted from building awareness to building better infrastructure. In Mumbai, where demand for premium, air-conditioned indoor courts continues to outpace supply, players are increasingly seeking destinations that combine sport with wellness and community. Addressing this need, Padel 360 will inaugurate Mumbai’s second destination, in Lower Parel, and fourth overall in August 2026.Spread across 15,000 sq. ft, the integrated facility is India’s largest, air-conditioned indoor court featuringtwo international-quality padel courts, two pickleball courts, a café, a Pilates and Yoga studio, and a dedicated recovery centre all underone roof in a first-of-its-kind concept for the city, bringing together sport, wellness, and hospitality.

Since opening its flagship centre in Worli in November 2024, Padel 360 has rapidly evolved into one of India’s leading premium indoor padel and multi-sport operators. Backed by professional coaching, strategically located centres and climate-controlled indoor facilities, the brand today welcomes close to 600 visitors daily across its existing facilities. With the addition of Lower Parel, Padel 360’s footprint will expand to four centres, further strengthening its position in the country’s growing racquet sports ecosystem.

“Padel is evolving from an emerging sport into one’s daily lifestyle, and we believe the infrastructure supporting that growth must evolve alongside it. With our fourth centre, we are introducing a destination that brings together premium playing facilities, wellness, and hospitality in an all-integrated ecosystem. Our ambition extends beyond expanding our footprint; we want to shape how the next generation experiences racquet sports in India,” said Nilesh Bansal, Co-Founder, Padel 360.

“When we envisioned this space, we wanted to create more than just great courts. We wanted to build a place that brings people together, a place where they can play, unwind, build connections, and feel a true sense of community. Whether they are here to compete, for a casual game, or simply to spend time with friends, we hope they find more than a sport here. We hope they meet like-minded people and find their tribes,” said Anu Bansal, Co-Founder, Padel 360.

“Padel is one of the most exciting and fastest-growing sports in India today. Our passion has always been to inspire more people to discover the game while creating world-class experiences around it. As the sport continues to grow, we remain committed to building an ecosystem that brings together community, competition, and premium infrastructure to support its long-term future,” said Ishita Mohatta, Co-Founder, Padel360.

Designed as more than just a sporting venue, the Lower Parel destination reflects the growing intersection of fitness, wellness, and community. Across its existing centres, Padel 360 has become a preferred destination for celebrities, athletes, and entrepreneurs, welcoming personalities including Akash and Shloka Ambani, Alia Bhatt, Yuvraj Singh, Rishabh Pant, Sanju Samson, AP Dhillon, Shanaya Kapoor, Sonakshi Sinha, Agastya Nanda, Ibrahim Ali Khan, Zaheer Khan, Mandira Bedi, Rachin Ravindra, and Devon Conway, as well as members of the New Zealand cricket team, highlighting padel’s growing appeal as a lifestyle sport.

The launch also marks another milestone in Padel 360’s long-term expansion strategy, with another Mumbai facility at Ruby Mills, Dadar, already in the pipeline. As India’s padel ecosystem continues to mature, the conversation is no longer centered solely on participation but on creating the infrastructure, experiences, and communities that will define the sport’s future. Through its growing network of integrated sporting destinations, Padel 360 is playing a key role in shaping that next chapter.
