June 18: Novotel Vijayawada Varun is bringing back its Korean Hot Pot Festival at Red Bowl, following an enthusiastic response to its debut edition. Available from 20th to 28th June 2026, the festival invites guests to gather around a steaming pot of richly flavoured broth and enjoy one of Korea’s most comforting and social dining traditions.

Rooted in the warmth of shared dining, Korean hot pot brings together bold broths, fresh vegetables, seafood, noodles, rice, and condiments in a format that is both interactive and deeply comforting. Guests can customise every bowl to their preference, making the experience ideal for families, friends, and diners looking to explore Korean flavours in an approachable yet authentic way.
“The first edition of our Korean Hot Pot Festival received a wonderful response from guests, which encouraged us to bring it back with even more focus on flavour, authenticity, and the joy of sharing a meal,” said Manish Pathak, Hotel Manager, Novotel Vijayawada Varun. “At Red Bowl, we want diners to experience Korean hot pot not just as a cuisine, but as an engaging dining ritual, one that brings people together over warmth, conversation, and memorable flavours.”
The curated spread features a choice of hearty broths, fresh greens, vegetables, seafood, noodles, rice, and toppings. Diners can build their own bowls with ingredients such as bok choy, bamboo shoots, Chinese cabbage, rice and ramen noodles, jasmine rice, crab sticks, tuna slices, fish cakes, and more, creating combinations that range from light and aromatic to bold and deeply spiced.
Whether for a relaxed family meal, an evening out with friends, or a new culinary experience in the city, the Korean Hot Pot Festival offers a warm, flavour-led dining experience for every occasion. The festival will be available at Red Bowl, Novotel Vijayawada Varun, from 20th to 28th June 2026 for a limited time only.
