Hyderabad, Sep 18: Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre & Hyderabad International Convention Centre marked World Housekeeping Week and National Engineers’ Day by celebrating the dedicated teams whose work plays a vital role in creating seamless guest experiences and ensuring the smooth functioning of the property.
Through specially created videos, the hotel spotlighted its Housekeeping and Engineering teams, recognising the commitment, expertise and behind-the-scenes efforts that often go unnoticed but remain integral to hospitality operations.
For World Housekeeping Week, the hotel celebrated its Housekeeping team and the important role they play in maintaining the comfort, cleanliness and overall experience of every guest. From preparing guest rooms to ensuring every detail across the property is attended to, the video highlights the people who work tirelessly behind the scenes to uphold the hotel’s standards. The video captures the team in action, offering a glimpse into their everyday responsibilities, teamwork and the attention to detail that goes into creating a welcoming environment for guests. It also celebrates the people behind the polished spaces and the many details that contribute to a comfortable stay.
The National Engineers’ Day video, meanwhile, shines a light on the Engineering team and their role in keeping the hotel’s extensive operations running smoothly. From maintaining essential infrastructure and equipment to responding to the everyday technical requirements of a large hospitality and convention property, the team works continuously to ensure that operations remain safe, efficient and uninterrupted. The video takes viewers behind the scenes to showcase the team’s hands-on work and the technical expertise required to keep the property functioning seamlessly. It highlights the collaborative efforts that go into maintaining the hotel’s facilities and supporting day-to-day operations.
