Mumbai, Aug 11: KidZania India, the global indoor family theme park, is set to celebrate Independence Day at it’s Delhi NCR & Mumbai locations in August 2026. Bringing together creativity, learning and play, the celebration will feature a range of interactive activities encouraging children and families to explore India’s history, express their ideas and celebrate the values of freedom, unity and responsible citizenship.

Independence Day activities at KidZania Delhi NCR include:
Letter to the Prime Minister: Children will write or illustrate their ideas for making India a better place using specially designed templates. The completed letters will be placed inside a large postbox showcasing the aspirations of KidZania’s young visitors.
Challenges Today, Solutions for Tomorrow: Through a moderated panel discussion, children will share their perspectives on challenges facing the country, brainstorm practical solutions and pledge one action they can take as responsible citizens.
Freedom Fighter Pictionary: Teams will identify iconic freedom fighters, national monuments and historic events through drawings and actions, making India’s history engaging and entertaining.
Patriotic Open Mic and Karaoke: Participants can sing patriotic songs, recite memorable speeches or share poetry celebrating India’s unity and diversity.
Tricolour Culinary Challenge: In a no-cook, MasterChef-style challenge, participants will create imaginative dishes using saffron, white and green ingredients.
Tricolour Memory Match: Players will race against time to uncover matching pairs representing India.
Together, We Weave the Spirit of India: Each child will tie a saffron, white or green ribbon onto a large map of India, gradually transforming it into a colourful collaborative installation symbolising unity.
