Bengaluru, July 1: ENERPARC Energy India, a renewable energy solutions provider and part of the globally renowned ENERPARC AG Group, today announced the appointment of Mr. Yogish H N as Chief Revenue Officer and CA Arun Veldhandi as Chief Financial Officer for its India business.
These strategic appointments come at a pivotal time as ENERPARC Energy India expands its offerings across Solar, Open Access, Hybrid Energy, Energy Storage, and Energy Trading solutions, further strengthening its position in India‘s rapidly evolving renewable energy landscape.
Mr. Yogish H N, brings over 20 years of experience in business development and strategic growth, including more than nine years with ENERPARC. Throughout his career, he has played an instrumental role in driving customer acquisition, market expansion, and revenue growth in the renewable energy sector.
As Chief Revenue Officer, he will lead ENERPARC India’s growth strategy, focusing on market expansion, strategic partnerships, customer engagement, and strengthening the company’s position across emerging clean energy segments.
Mr. Arun Veldhandi, appointed as Chief Financial Officer, is a finance professional with over 15 years of experience in finance, accounting, compliance, strategic financial management, and M&A transactions. During his career, he has successfully raised more than INR 3,500 crore in debt financing, including over INR 1,000 crore for ENERPARC, under stringent timelines.
Arun has been instrumental in building strong relationships with leading banking institutions and scaling financial operations to support 10x business growth, expanding from two to more than sixteen group companies. He has also successfully led the consolidation of ENERPARC India‘s operations, strengthening governance and financial integration.
As Chief Financial Officer, Arun will oversee the company’s financial strategy, capital planning, governance, and investment initiatives to support ENERPARC India’s next phase of growth and long-term value creation.
