Kochi, May 14, 2026: Cardamom County by Xandari, Thekkady, invites travellers to experience Mampazhotsavam, A Celebration of Mango Flavours, a special mango food festival curated around seasonal mango-inspired delicacies. The fest will be held at All Spice Restaurant, Cardamom County by Xandari, Thekkady, from May 15 to 31, 2026, between 12:30 PM and 10:00 PM.
The specially curated menu features refreshing salads, flavourful starters, indulgent main courses, tropical beverages, and signature desserts inspired by mangoes. Guests can savour dishes such as Raw Mango Chilly Paneer, Spicy Mango Chicken Skewers, Mango Fire Grilled Chicken, and Mango Paneer Butter Masala, along with a selection of mango-based desserts and beverages.
