Bengaluru, Aug 20: Kinder Hospitals Group today announced that Kindorama Healthcare Private Limited has entered into a Business Transfer Agreement (BTA) with Manipal Health Enterprises Limited for the transfer of operations of Kinder Women’s Hospital, Bengaluru.
Commissioned in 2022, the 100-bed facility has established itself as a trusted center for specialized women’s healthcare services. Upon completion of the transaction, the Bengaluru centre will join the Manipal Hospitals network, one of India’s leading healthcare providers.
The transaction is expected to close within 90 days, subject to customary closing conditions and required statutory approvals. Kinder Hospitals Group remains committed to ensuring a seamless transition for patients, doctors, and employees, maintaining uninterrupted care throughout the process.
