
Coimbatore, Sept 01: Geri Care successfully concluded the Geri Care Geriatrics Conclave 2026 and the 3rd Asia Pacific Geriatric Oncology Society (AGOS) Conference, held on August 29-30 at The Residency Towers, Coimbatore. The two-day conference brought together 200+ clinicians, including geriatricians, oncologists, physicians and post graduate students from India and abroad to discuss emerging trends, challenges and best practices in geriatrics and geriatric oncology. The conclave was organised under the aegis of the Geri Care Foundation in association with the Indian Academy of Geriatrics (IAG) and AGOS.
The conclave saw visionary leaders in the space deliver keynotes including the likes of Dr. S. Sadasivam, one of India’s senior most practising surgical oncologists, Dr Hemant Malhotra, President, Indian Society of Oncology & Director of Mahatma Gandhi Hospital, Jaipur, Dr. Purvish Parikh, President of the Asian Geriatric Oncology Society (AGOS) with the program chaired by Dr. Rejiv Rajendranath, Clinical Lead, Geriatric Oncology at Geri Care. The conference saw participation from distinguished faculty, national and international experts in geriatrics and geriatric oncology.
