New Delhi, June 9: API Holdings, India’s largest digital healthcare platform and the parent company behind major Indian healthcare brands, including PharmEasy, Thyrocare, Ascent Health, Retailio, and Aknamed, has concluded the third edition of its annual technology hackathon, HackEasy Season 3. Conducted in collaboration with Amazon Web Services (AWS), the 30-hour innovation challenge brought together more than 150 technology professionals across 35 teams to develop AI-powered solutions aimed at improving healthcare accessibility, operational efficiency and digital innovation. Three winning solutions are now being fast-tracked for integration into API Holdings’ product and business roadmap.

With AI continuing to reshape the healthcare landscape, HackEasy Season 3 served as a platform for employees to build practical, scalable solutions addressing real-world business and healthcare challenges. This initiative reflects the continued investment of API Holdings in fostering innovation and leveraging emerging technologies for improving efficiency, accelerate decision-making, and enhance patient and customer experiences across its healthcare ecosystem. Some of the examples of winning AI solutions from HackEasy Season 3 are AI Voice Agent for Order Placement, Whatsapp Order bot for Chemists, AI Agentic Development Workflow & Supply chain optimization.
