Noida, Sep 1: The prestigious annual musical programme “Shukriya Mukesh2026″, dedicated to the timeless voice and immortal musical legacy of legendary playback singer Mukesh Ji, was organised on Sunday at the NEA Auditorium, Sector-6, Noida. Organised by Navratan Foundations, the musical evening transported the audience back to the golden era of Hindi cinema through soulful renditions of Mukesh Ji’s evergreen songs.

Shukriya Mukesh–2026’ Celebrates 21 Glorious Years with an Evening Dedicated to Mukesh Ji’s Timeless Voice

The unique tribute to Mukesh Ji completed 21 glorious years this year. Organised continuously for over two decades, ‘Shukriya Mukesh’ has emerged as a remarkable initiative dedicated to preserving Mukesh Ji’s rich musical legacy and taking his timeless melodies to newer generations.

 
The programme commenced with a video presentation of the Navratan Foundations song, followed by a welcome address by Dr. Ashok Srivastava. Renditions of Vande Mataram and the National Anthem added dignity and a strong sense of patriotism to the occasion.
 
The musical evening witnessed several talented artists from Delhi-NCR paying a heartfelt tribute to Mukesh Ji by presenting some of his most popular songs. Vinay Sethia, Mrs. Anshumali Sinha, Y.K. Vij, Sapna Bhatnagar, Group Captain G.C. Mehra, Roop Rajinder Singh, Dr. Anupama Sahay, Dr. Sanjay Labh, Dr. Saroj Mishra, Pankaj Mathur, Mrs. Bhavana Awasthi, Jaswinder Parmar, . Geeta Bageshwari, Sanjay Pandey, Dhanpat Rai, Aparna Mishra, Dinesh Sharma, Divakar Sharma, Kapil Tiwari, Hemant Sharma, Amit Sharma, Dr. Sudhindra Mandal, Someshwar Sharma, Pradeep Sharma and Mohit Sharma, among many others, captivated the audience with their soulful performances.The programme was also graced by Dr. Anoop Srivastava, Retired IRS and former GST Commissioner, as a special honoured guest.
 
The evening featured timeless classics such as ‘Jaane Kahan Gaye Woh Din’, ‘Ek Din Bik Jayega Maati Ke Mol’, ‘Ek Pyar Ka Nagma Hai’, ‘Kahin Door Jab Din Dhal Jaye’, ‘Mera Joota Hai Japani’,‘Deewano Se Yeh Mat Poochho’, ‘Kisi Raah Pe Kisi Mod Par’ and ‘Phool Tumhein Bheja Hai Khat Mein’, among several other evergreen melodies. The emotionally charged performances moved music lovers in the auditorium and brought alive cherished memories associated with Mukesh Ji.
 
The performances of special invited singer Divakar Sharma were also warmly appreciated by the audience. Solo and duet performances by the artists beautifully reflected the simplicity, sensitivity and emotional depth that defined Mukesh Ji’s distinctive singing style.
 
The programme was hosted by Anita Bhalwar, RJ Kapil Tiwari and Dr. Ashok Srivastava. Sanjay Pandey, Pankaj Mathur and Anshumali Sinha made significant contributions to the digital presentation, while the sound arrangements were managed by Jeetu Sound.
