After captivating audiences across India and selling out prestigious stages in Australia, Canada and the United Kingdom, the critically acclaimed solo musical storytelling and poetry show performed by Priya Malik ‘Ishq Hai’ is set to embark on its most ambitious and emotionally charged journey yet: The Final Chapter India Tour.

Poet Priya Malik Announces Multi-City 'Ishq Hai' Final Chapter Tour

Spanning 21 cities across the country, many of them experiencing the performance for the very first time, this farewell tour marks the grand culmination of a show that has redefined live poetry in India. Over the years, Ishq Hai has become one of the most distinctive and deeply cherished live experiences in the country’s cultural landscape by seamlessly blending spoken word, live music and deep nostalgia into a singular theatrical masterpiece.

Presented by Oriole Entertainment and Tape A Tale, the 21 city farewell tour kicks off on 27th June 2026, traveling through Lucknow, Varanasi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Bhopal, Jabalpur, Ludhiana, Amritsar in June and July. The journey continues through Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Surat, Pune and Mumbai in August, finally concluding this final chapter in September across Agra, Noida, Kolkata, Guwahati and Siliguri.

Ishq Hai does not rely on loud spectacles. Instead, it holds a rare, intimate atmosphere where truth is spoken aloud. Through Priya Malik‘s most celebrated poems, beautifully woven together with live music by singer-songwriter Tanmay Maheshwari, the show attempts to search for the simplicity of 1999 in the fast-paced world of 2026. It gathers fragments of memory, longing, romance, heartbreak and hope, arranging them into an evening that feels entirely personal yet universally shared.

Priya Malik shares,

“’Ishq Hai’ is not just a show. It is a love letter to a time that no longer exists, written in the hope that someone will feel less alone in missing it. The Final Chapter India Tour is both a final goodbye for longtime fans who have grown alongside the show, and an invitation for new audiences to experience its magic before it takes its final bow.”

Often regarded as a contemporary parallel to Amrita Pritam, Priya Malik stands as one of the most compelling creative voices of modern India. As an award-winning spoken word poet, storyteller, and actor, she performs across English, Hindi, and Urdu. Her unique, highly relatable perspectives on love and relationships have earned her a massive, dedicated global following. Accompanying her is Tanmay Maheshwari, whose music draws deeply from the classical and melodic traditions of Hindi cinema. His soulful live vocals serve as the warm thread connecting past and present throughout the night.
