Bengaluru, Sept 02: Some teachers teach us lessons. Others teach us patience, discipline, confidence, kindness, or simply how to navigate life. Yet, as life moves on, we often lose touch with the people who taught us something that stayed with us.
This Teachers’ Day, Orchids – The International School, in partnership with Zepto for the “Gift of Gratitude” campaign is inviting people to go beyond the usual “Happy Teachers’ Day” message and turn their gratitude into a thoughtful gesture.
Through its ‘Gift of Gratitude’ campaign, the brands are expanding the idea of who a teacher can be, recognising anyone who has taught us something along the way. As part of the campaign, Zepto will feature curated gift-finder storefronts based on who people want to thank, including but not limited to School Teacher, Fitness Coach, Tuition Teacher, Office Mentor and Family Guru — celebrating people who have taught us some of life’s most important lessons.
Users can also browse gifts based on their budget and preferences, making it easier to find something thoughtful without overthinking it. Gifts can be delivered directly to the recipient or to the sender for a more personal handover.
Taking the celebration beyond the app, the two brands have also collaborated on a series of creative OOHs that celebrate Teachers’ Day and the many people who have taught us something that stayed with us.
Chandan Mendiratta, Chief Brand Officer, Zepto, added: “Gratitude is often felt long before it is expressed. Through this campaign with Orchids, we’re making it easier to turn that feeling into action, whether it is for a school teacher, a mentor, a coach or someone at home. With curated storefronts and gifts across budgets, we hope to make doing a little more for someone as easy as ordering it on Zepto. We thank our sellers for enabling this”
Speaking about the campaign, Sakket V Rao, Head of Brand Marketing at Orchids The International School, said: “Teachers are not always the people standing in front of a classroom. Some teach us through their advice, some through their example, and some simply by being there. ‘Gift of Gratitude’ is about pausing to acknowledge all those people who have taught us something along the way, and turning that feeling into a gesture that makes them feel remembered and appreciated.”
This Teachers’ Day, find the person who taught you something, find a gift that says thank you, and make the gratitude count. Explore ‘Gift of Gratitude’ on the Zepto app.
Because some lessons stay with us long after the classroom does. And some people deserve more than a text to know we remember.
