Jamshedpur: XLRI Jamshedpur has announced admissions for the fifth batch of its Senior Executive Development Programme in Driving Growth The CXO Programme, offered under the aegis of XLEAD XLRI Leadership Education and Development. The programme has been designed for business heads, senior leaders, directors, aspiring CXOs and experienced professionals who are responsible for shaping growth agendas, scaling organisations, building sustainable revenue models and creating commercial advantage in a dynamic business environment.
Founded in 1949, XLRI Jamshedpur is among India’s most respected management institutions. The institute is ranked 10th in the Management category of the NIRF Rankings 2025 and holds prestigious global accreditations from AACSB and AMBA.
The programme will cover 144 hours of learning and help senior executives move beyond episodic execution to build resilient, value-oriented organisations. It will develop their ability to frame effective growth strategies, compete in complex markets, identify opportunities emerging from digital business models, apply critical thinking to high-stakes decisions, manage risk and lead organisations through disruption, uncertainty and transformation.
India’s leadership landscape is undergoing a decisive shift as organisations place greater emphasis on leaders who can combine performance, governance, agility and enterprise value creation. According to research by Venator Search Partners, CXO-level hiring in India rose by 9.5 per cent in FY25, reflecting stronger demand for outcome-focused leadership. At the same time, a 2025 Forbes survey of global leaders found that 82 per cent of respondents believe the next generation of C-suite executives must be skilled at interpreting data. These shifts underline the growing need for senior professionals who can translate strategy, finance, technology and market intelligence into sustained organisational growth.

The Senior Executive Development Programme in Driving Growth The CXO Programme spans nine integrated modules covering leadership, digital business and technology, business strategy, critical thinking and decision-making, finance and risk, stakeholder management, go-to-market strategy, operational excellence and business model design. Participants will also be required to submit a business plan that outlines a roadmap to achieve a defined growth target over the next five years.
The programme will be delivered through Interactive Learning platform in Direct-to-Device mode and will include a five-day on-campus immersion at XLRI Jamshedpur to enable deeper interaction, peer learning and networking with faculty and industry leaders. The pedagogy will include live lectures by XLRI faculty, in-class discussions, exercises and case-based learning suited to each module. Participants who successfully complete the programme will receive a certificate from XLRI Jamshedpur and XLEAD.
