Pune, Jun 2: Nayanta University, Pune, and University College Cork (UCC), Ireland, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to explore opportunities for collaboration across student and faculty exchange, joint academic programmes, and research initiatives. The MoU was signed during a visit by Dr Ranjan Banerjee, Vice Chancellor and Professor, Nayanta University, to the UCC campus in Cork on 25 May 2026. The partnership reflects a shared commitment to advancing international engagement and strengthening educational ties between India and Ireland. Drawing on the rich academic commitment by both institutions, the collaboration seeks to create opportunities for academic exchange, collaborative learning, and research, while fostering deeper cultural understanding. Recognising sustainability as a shared priority, this area is one of the first avenues for meaningful collaboration towards strengthening the undergraduate experience at both universities.
