New Delhi / Hyderabad, June 18 :  Le Rythme, as implementing partner for Enphase Energy’s CSR initiatives in India, successfully concluded the “Skills Ignite Potential, Empowering Futures” program, a three-month initiative focused on Solar PV Operation & Maintenance (O&M) and employability skills training for underprivileged youth.

Le Rythme Collaborates with Enphase Energy to Advance Skill Development Initiatives in Telangana

The program covered approximately 50 youth from economically weaker sections, including women, from Jagtial, Nizamabad, Nirmal, and surrounding districts of Telangana. Designed to create pathways to sustainable livelihoods, the initiative equipped participants with industry-relevant solar skills, with an objective of enhancing employability. The implementing partner has reported placement and self-employment outcomes of over 70%, based on its internal assessment. The initiative is aligned with Enphase Energy’s CSR focus areas in India, including skill development and community empowerment.

Sunil Thamaran, Managing Director (India) & Chief People Officer, Enphase Energy, said:

 “At Enphase Energy, we believe that sustainability initiatives should also contribute to inclusive growth. Through this initiative, we are enabling youth from underserved communities to participate in India’s clean energy transition. By supporting access to green skills training and livelihood opportunities, we aim to contribute to the development of a skilled workforce in the renewable energy sector.”
