ESCPandSciencesPohavelaunchedanewdualbachelor’sdegree: theBachelor in Politics, Economics and Management (PEM).DeliveredentirelyinEnglishoverfour years, the programme combines the academic strengths of two leading European institutions to educate a new generation of graduates capable of understanding global challenges and translating them into impactful organisational and business strategies.
Developed in response to profound geopolitical, economic, technological and environmentaltransformations,theprogrammeaddressesagrowingdemandfor professionals who can navigate the intersection of public policy, economics and management. By bringing together Sciences Po’s expertise in politics and social sciences and ESCP’s excellence in management education, the PEM Bachelor programme offers students a distinctive interdisciplinary pathway from the very beginning of their higher education journey.
Throughout the programme, students will benefit from the complementary strengths, academic communities and professional networks of both institutions, gainingadualperspectiveoncontemporarypolitical,economicandorganisational challenges.

StudentswillspendtheirfirsttwoyearsatSciencesPo’sReimscampus,followedby twoyearsatESCP.ThethirdyearwilltakeplaceatESCP’sLondoncampus,whilethe fourthyearwillbecompletedacrossoneofESCP’sotherEuropeancampuses(Berlin, Madrid,TurinorParis)withopportunitiesforinternationalexchange.
Upon successful completion of the programme, students will receive both the SciencesPoBachelor’sDegreeand the ESCPBachelorinManagementDegree. Graduateswillbeabletopursuecareersacrossthepublic,privateandnon-profit sectors or continue with a master’s degree at either institution or another top internationaluniversity.
Theprogrammewillwelcomeaninauguralcohortofapproximately40students fromallaroundtheworldforthe2027-2028academicyear.
In order to enable outstanding students to complete the entire programme, SciencesPoandESCPwillofferscholarships,basedonfinancialneedandacademic excellence, providing full exemption from tuition fees.
