Mumbai, April 22: Aptech Limited, a pioneer in vocational training and global learning solutions, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Medhavi Skills University (MSU) to strengthen industry-aligned skilling and enhance employability across India.
The collaboration aims to establish structured, long-term frameworks for skill development, vocational training, and degree-linked programmes through project-based engagements nationwide. The initiative reflects a shared vision to equip India’s youth with future-ready skills aligned to evolving industry demands.
The MoU was signed between Neeraj Malik, Whole-time Director and Chief Business Officer, Enterprise Business Group at Aptech Limited, and Pravesh Dudani, Founder and Chancellor of Medhavi Skills University.
Under the partnership, Aptech Limited will serve as the preferred Training and Implementation Partner, while Medhavi Skills University will act as the Awarding Body and Certification Authority. The programmes will align with national frameworks such as the National Skills Qualifications Framework (NSQF) and National Higher Education Qualifications Framework (NHEQF). The initiative will also be supported by Medhavi Foundation for CSR-led implementations.
The alliance is expected to expand access to skill development opportunities and improve employment outcomes across sectors. It will facilitate government-funded programmes, CSR and PSU-led initiatives, and industry-integrated vocational and academic offerings, including short-term, long-term, and Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) programmes. Integration with digital platforms such as Skill India Digital Hub (SIDH), Academic Bank of Credits (ABC), and DigiLocker will further ensure seamless credential portability.
Speaking on the collaboration, Neeraj Malik said,

By combining Aptech’s expertise in large-scale training delivery with MSU’s academic framework, we aim to create programmes that enhance employability and enable academic progression.”
Pravesh Dudani added,

Medhavi Skills University, a UGC-recognised institution, focuses on integrating vocational education with higher education pathways. Aptech Limited, with over three decades of experience and a presence across more than 840 centres globally, continues to expand its offerings through collaborations aimed at strengthening India’s skilling ecosystem.
This initiative represents a significant step in advancing a robust, industry-aligned skill development framework, supporting large-scale deployment of training programmes and contributing to India’s workforce readiness.
