Bengaluru, 24 August 2026 – Wissen Technology, a global provider of IT services and technology solutions, successfully concluded its #InnoWissen Gen AI Spot Hackathon Series, a four-part innovation initiative conducted between March and June 2026 to accelerate Generative AI adoption across the organization. The series marks the evolution of Wissen Technology‘s long-standing hackathon culture, which has been a cornerstone of the company’s innovation ecosystem for several years. While earlier editions followed a traditional software development format, this year’s series was reimagined with a dedicated focus on Generative AI, reflecting the company’s commitment to preparing its workforce for the next wave of AI-driven transformation.
The initiative challenged engineers to develop practical, AI-powered solutions that address real enterprise use cases while accelerating their AI learning journey. Unlike conventional hackathons that typically span two to four weeks, the #InnoWissen Gen AI Spot Hackathon Series adopted a fast-paced format that encouraged rapid experimentation and end-to-end AI application development. Participants were provided with the necessary AI tools and subscriptions, including access to Claude Code, ahead of each edition, enabling them to quickly learn, build, and deploy functional solutions within a compressed timeframe.
Across the four editions, engineering teams collaborated to develop AI-powered solutions spanning intelligent workflows, automation, AI agents, and enterprise productivity. The series gave employees the opportunity to apply their skills to real business problems while building confidence in AI-native development and turning ideas into functional solutions.
