Patna, July 04: Tiger Analytics, a global leader in AI and advanced analytics, today hosted the AI Conclave 2026 in Patna, bringing together senior government policymakers, academia, and tech experts to discuss Bihar’s AI roadmap and the transformative role of artificial intelligence in accelerating digital governance and innovation.
During the conclave, Tiger Analytics outlined its long-term vision for Bihar, anchored on four strategic pillars: establishing the nation’s largest AI Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Patna, developing a delivery AI hub of 200 people in Bihar, creating high-value employment opportunities to retain Bihar’s top tech talent, and advancing AI-driven governance. Discussions highlighted how responsible AI can enhance decision-making and public service delivery across sectors such as agriculture, healthcare and citizen services, while positioning Bihar as a leading hub for AI innovation.
Speaking at the conclave, Dr. Mahesh Kumar, Founder and CEO, Tiger Analytics, said, “Bihar is laying the foundation for its next era of AI-led growth. The conclave highlighted several landmark commitments for Bihar AI Mission’s objective:
Establishment of a Global AI Delivery Center: Tiger Analytics announced the launch of a 200-person dedicated Global AI delivery hub in Patna. This center will empower local talent to build advanced enterprise AI solutions for global Fortune 1000 companies directly from their home state, reversing the regional brain drain.
Nation’s Largest AI Centre of Excellence (CoE): Anchored at IIT Patna, the Bihar Government along with their selected industry partner Tiger Analytics, will co-develop a world-class CoE focused on AI innovation and entrepreneurship in Bihar. Tiger Analytics has committed ₹ 12 Crores, alongside setting up various and elite mentorship, to upskill 5,000 local talent in cutting edge technologies related to Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, IoT, and speech & language models.
The conclave concluded with a shared commitment to strengthening collaboration between government, academia, and industry to build a robust AI ecosystem that supports innovation, promotes responsible technology adoption, and contributes to Bihar’s long-term economic and social development.
