Bengaluru, July 15: TechnoSport, India’s largest activewear brand, has launched a 64,000 sq. ft. warehouse at Welspun One Logistics Park in Baglur, Bangalore, as part of a strategic expansion that will increase controlled warehousing capacity by 130 percentage, supporting the brand’s retail and D2C growth plans. Leveraging a vertically integrated manufacturing model, the company ensures quality, speed, and scalability across its operations. The facility will be expanded by an additional 85,000 sq. ft. by the end of the year.
Together with its 1 lakh sq. ft. warehouse in Tiruppur, this facility forms a pan-India distribution network, enabling efficient inventory movement, store replenishment, and fulfilment across retail partners, marketplaces, and TechnoSport’s own website. The Baglur warehouse currently stores 1.8 million goods and processes up to 1 million pieces per month, scalable to 2 million, with infrastructure designed for 3 million, ensuring readiness for aggressive retail and omnichannel expansion.

The warehouse employs over 120 people, with women making up nearly 30% of the workforce, and is expected to generate 200+ direct and indirect jobs. It supports key supply chain functions, including storage, fulfilment, replenishment, returns management, quality checks, and repacking. For Bengaluru, it enables next-day delivery for orders placed through TechnoSport’s website.
Strategically located, the Baglur warehouse strengthens access to South India while acting as a feeder for national distribution. Its position allows seamless connectivity to Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and western India. Fully tech-enabled, the facility leverages advanced systems to ensure faster, more reliable order fulfillment.
