VANCOUVER, British Columbia, August 26 — Tactical Resources Corp. (Nasdaq: TREO) (“Tactical” or the “Company”), a U.S.-focused rare earth elements development company, today announced the appointment of Steve Vanry as Senior Advisor and Thristian Michel as Manager of Business Development, Texas. The appointments strengthen the Company’s corporate leadership and its on-the-ground presence in Texas as Tactical advances the Peak Project.

Tactical is advancing the Peak Project, a rare earth elements project located within the active Sierra Blanca Quarry in Hudspeth County, Texas. The project benefits from existing infrastructure, previously mined and accessible rare earth-enriched material, and a unique mineralogical profile that supports simplified, clean processing.

Mr. Michel is an accomplished commercial senior project manager with over 24 years of experience in project development, construction management and design coordination, spanning projects valued at more than $120 million in aggregate. He has managed complex projects from development through construction, coordinating teams and delivering projects efficiently and to a high standard. A lifelong Texan, Mr. Michel is based in the state where the Company’s Peak Project is located.

Steve Vanry, Advisor

Mr. Vanry has 30 years of professional experience in senior management and director positions with public and private companies, providing expertise in capital markets, strategic planning, regulatory compliance, accounting and financial reporting. His breadth of experience spans various industries, with a key focus on mining, oil and gas, renewable energy and energy technology. Mr. Vanry holds the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designations and is a member of the CFA Institute and the Vancouver Society of Financial Analysts.

Tactical’s common shares began trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market on August 20, 2026 under the ticker symbol “TREO”.
