Smt. Amruta Fadnavis flags off the cancer awareness drive organised by PATH Foundation in Mumbai

Mumbai, September 08, 2026: PATH Foundation, in collaboration with Queen’s Drive Club (QDC), hosted a special Cancer Awareness Women’s Supercar Drive at Bastian Beach, Juhu, bringing together a vibrant community of women to drive for a cause and stand in support of cancer warriors.

Smt. Amruta Fadnavis flagged off the drive, lending her support to the initiative and its larger message of creating awareness and extending meaningful support to cancer patients and their families. The cancer awareness panel was moderated by Sakshi Agrawal, Founder, PATH Foundation, featuring cancer survivors Tannishtha Chatterjee, Actor & Filmmaker, and Chhavi Mittal, Entrepreneur & Podcaster. The two speakers shared their personal experiences, offering perspectives on resilience, recovery and the importance of support through the cancer journey.

Speaking about this initiative, Sakshi Agrawal, Founder of PATH Foundation, said, “The idea behind this drive was to bring women together around a cause that deserves greater attention, awareness and support. Cancer impacts the lives of patients and their families financially, physically and emotionally. We wanted to create a platform that encourages people to come forward and contribute. A small gesture of support, a conversation, or simply being there for someone can make a meaningful difference. ‘Every act counts’, is the message we hope everyone takes away from this initiative.”

V Care Foundation will lead the execution of the initiative by supporting the cancer patients and their families, while encouraging the community to come together and contribute in ways that can make a difference.
