STANHOPE, N.J., June 10 — Affiliates of funds advised by SK Capital Partners, LP (“SK Capital”), a private investment firm focused on the material sciences, specialty ingredients and life sciences sectors, announced today they have completed the sale of Isolatek International (“Isolatek” or the “Company”), a leading manufacturer and supplier of passive fireproofing technologies, to Catchment Capital (“Catchment”), a New York-based private equity firm.

Isolatek is a market leader in the development, production, and distribution of proprietary passive fireproofing materials for data center, advanced manufacturing, institutional, and commercial applications. Founded in 1875, the Company has built a strong reputation for technical performance, regulatory compliance, and customer service. During SK Capital’s ownership, Isolatek executed a focused value creation strategy that expanded its product portfolio through organic investment and strategic acquisitions, strengthened its position in high-growth end markets, and reinforced its industry-leading technical capabilities.
