WelcomCafe Jacaranda at Welcomhotel Bengaluru invites guests to embark on a vibrant culinary journey with its Mexican Food Festival, taking place from 3rd to 10th July 2026.
Bringing together the bold flavours, colourful ingredients and rich culinary traditions of Mexico, the specially curated dinner buffet showcases an array of authentic and contemporary Mexican favourites. Guests can savour dishes such as Fish Ceviche Taco, Tex Mex Chicken Burrito, Red Bean and Mushroom Quesadilla, Shredded Pork and Bean Quesadilla, Nachos served with Guacamole, Tomato Salsa and Pineapple Salsa, alongside comforting creations like Tex Mex Baked Mac & Cheese and Mexican Baked Polenta.
The festival also features flavourful specialties including Mexican Fiery Ranch Style Smoky Chicken, Baked Peppers with Bean and Yellow Cheese, Mexican Roast Pepper, Red Bean & Tomato Soup and a refreshing Mexican Corn and Pepper Salad. Complementing the experience are classic accompaniments such as guacamole, tomato salsa, sour cream and freshly baked pepper focaccia.
