CHICAGO, May 14 — Relation Insurance Services (“Relation”) announced today their acquisition of the assets of Crop Rx Insurance Services, LLC (“Crop Rx”). The transaction went into effect on March 31, 2026; terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Based in Fresno, California, Crop Rx focuses on providing federal crop insurance to growers across the state. The company was founded in 2014.
