The Company reiterates its commitment to transparency, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery to its customers.
No Fraud with Homebuyers
The Company categorically denies any allegations of fraud. No wrongdoing has been committed against any homebuyer. In fact, Raheja Developers Ltd. has invested significantly more funds into the project than what has been collected from customers. This has also been substantiated in the forensic audit conducted under the supervision of the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority.
No Diversion of Funds
Raheja Developers Ltd. affirms that there has been no diversion or misuse of funds. No funds have been transferred outside the Raheja Group for any unauthorized purposes. Payments made to directors are strictly limited to legitimate, disclosed salaries, in full compliance with applicable laws and governance standards.
Project Status
Raheja Revanta is a landmark residential development featuring a 61-storey iconic tower—among the tallest residential structures in Haryana. The project is designed to offer approximately 800 premium apartments equipped with advanced Intelligent Building Management Systems (IBMS).
The structural framework of the project is largely complete and stands ready. However, final finishing works and handover processes are currently pending.
Delay Attributed to External Infrastructure Constraints
The delay in completion and possession is primarily due to the absence of critical external infrastructure, including:
Sector roads
Water supply systems
Sewerage and storm water drainage
Electricity infrastructure, including the grid substation originally planned in Sector 78, which has since been dismantled
Despite having fully paid External Development Charges (EDC) and Infrastructure Development Charges (IDC) as mandated under the license granted by DTCP, the required infrastructure has not yet been developed by the concerned authorities.
Safety and Compliance Remain Paramount
Given the scale and height of the structure, the project cannot be safely operationalized without reliable external infrastructure. Critical systems such as firefighting, water pressure management, and uninterrupted power supply are essential for safe habitation.
Raheja Developers Ltd. remains firm in its stance that any premature occupation without these facilities would compromise resident safety, which the Company will not permit under any circumstances.

The Company urges the Government and concerned authorities to expedite the development of essential infrastructure in Sector 78, Gurugram. This will enable:
