Doha, Qatar, Apr 17: Qatar Airways has announced a significant expansion of its international flight network, with services to more than 160 destinations worldwide starting from 16 June 2026. The updated summer schedule, valid through 15 September 2026, introduces new routes and increased flight frequencies to and from Doha, offering passengers enhanced connectivity and greater flexibility for their travel plans.
As part of the revised schedule, passengers with confirmed bookings will be directly notified of any updates to their flight details. The airline also encourages travellers to regularly check its website or mobile app and ensure their contact information is up to date to receive timely notifications.
For passengers holding confirmed bookings for travel until 15 September 2026, Qatar Airways is offering added flexibility, including:
- A full refund of the unused ticket value (refunds may take up to 28 working days), or
- Complimentary date changes to a new travel date up to 31 October 2026 when rebooking on Qatar Airways-operated flights, subject to availability and seasonal fare differences.
Additionally, if rebooked flights are impacted again, passengers will remain eligible for further fee-free changes until 31 October 2026.
Passengers are advised not to proceed to the airport unless they hold a valid, confirmed ticket for travel. The airline also notes that all flight schedules remain subject to change or cancellation due to operational, regulatory, safety, or other unforeseen circumstances.
