This August, Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai invites guests to gather around the table for Hot-Pot: The Comfort of Togetherness at Opus, available from 17 to 30 August. Curated by Chef Lin, this immersive dining experience celebrates the timeless Chinese tradition of hot-pot, bringing loved ones together over simmering broths, abundant ingredients and meaningful conversation.
Rooted in the spirit of sharing, the experience unfolds around three distinctive broths: Sichuan, Asian Mushroom and Tomato Stock, each thoughtfully crafted to offer a unique foundation for a personalised hot-pot journey. Guests are invited to create their own combination from a generous selection of premium ingredients, encouraging discovery, interaction and convivial dining.
The vegetable selection showcases an array of fresh and vibrant produce, including Napa Cabbage, Shiitake Mushroom, Broccoli, Lotus Root, Bok Choy, Tofu, Edamame, Asian Greens, Enoki Mushroom, Tofu Skin, and Black and White Fungus. Complementing these are carefully selected meats, including Chicken, Pork and Lamb, alongside premium seafood such as Prawns, Cochin Sea Bass and Lobster.
To complete the experience, guests may choose from Handmade Sliced Noodles, Rice Noodles or Soba Noodles, accompanied by a variety of flavourful condiments including Sesame, Zha Cai, Garlic Sesame and MINIC sauces.
