Vijayawada, July 6: Novotel Vijayawada Varun is set to bring the vibrant flavours of Thailand to Red Bowl with a week-long Thai Food Festival from 8th to 14th July. Guests can savour an authentic Thai dinner experience from 7:00 PM onwards each day, featuring a specially curated menu built around authentic recipes, traditional techniques, aromatic herbs, and Thailand’s signature balance of sweet, sour, salty, and spicy flavours.

The specially curated menu brings together some of Thailand’s most celebrated culinary treasures, beginning with the iconic Tom Yum Soup, a fragrant hot and sour broth infused with lemongrass, galangal and kaffir lime leaves. Guests can enjoy the refreshing Som Tam (Raw Papaya Salad), before moving on to the succulent Chicken Satay, perfectly grilled and served with a rich peanut sauce. For the mains, the aromatic Thai Green Curry, (Kaeng Khiao Wan), Thai Yellow Curry (Kaeng Lueang ) or the much-loved Pad Thai Noodles promises an authentic taste of Thailand in every bite.
