New Delhi, April 22: Momentum Private Limited (formerly Organicut Fresh Private Limited), India’s leading integrated HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant and Catering) supply platform, today announced its financial results for FY2026, marking a year of exceptional growth, operational efficiency, and scale.

The company reported a 3.3x surge in consolidated revenue, reaching ₹385.5 crore in FY2026, up from ₹118 crore in the previous fiscal. This milestone represents the third consecutive year of over 226.7% growth. Momentum also entered the new fiscal with a strong March exit run-rate exceeding ₹660 crore, underlining sustained growth momentum.
Despite aggressive expansion, the company achieved a positive EBITDA of ₹4.7 crore, demonstrating strong financial discipline. With ₹300 crore in total equity raised and a conservative debt-to-equity ratio of 0.13x, Momentum maintains a robust balance sheet to support continued expansion.
Driving this growth was a 4.6x increase in customer base, with over 12,000 monthly-transacting businesses on the platform. Monthly order volumes surged past 50,000, up from approximately 17,300 at the beginning of the year. The company also reported strong customer retention, with top-decile repeat rates exceeding 85% and Average Order Value (AOV) doubling to ₹10,000+.
Operational efficiency saw significant improvements, with the cash conversion cycle reduced to 36 days and inventory holding time cut to just 17 days—highlighting Momentum’s focus on building a high-performance supply chain.
Commenting on the results, Sidhantt Suri, Founder and CEO, said,
“FY2026 was a defining year where our infrastructure aligned with our vision. By owning the full stack—from processing to last-mile delivery—we have transformed a fragmented supply chain into a high-performance engine. Achieving positive EBITDA alongside rapid growth proves that scale and capital efficiency can coexist in India’s food economy.”
Momentum operates through two key business engines: Urban Harvest, which serves enterprise clients through owned processing facilities, and DeliverIt, a B2B quick-commerce platform enabling 4-hour delivery to small and medium restaurants. The company’s growing portfolio also includes in-house brands such as Cocosutra, Hello Fresh Water, and Gupta Ji Ki Mojito.
Looking ahead, Momentum aims to double its geographic presence from 6 to 12 cities by FY2027 and scale to 70,000 monthly transacting businesses. Its in-house brand portfolio is expected to contribute an additional ₹110 crore in revenue in the coming year.
As India moves towards becoming the world’s third-largest food service market by 2028, Momentum is positioning itself as the foundational infrastructure powering the country’s restaurant ecosystem—enabling commercial kitchens to streamline supply chains and focus on core operations.
