NEW YORK, July 27 — Metric Point Capital (“Metric Point”), a boutique placement and advisory firm, today announced that Paul Mazurek has joined the firm as a Principal. Paul will work closely with private equity firms and independent sponsors on their capital-raising efforts.
Paul brings over 10 years of private equity experience to Metric Point. He most recently led growth initiatives at Actel Advisory Group, a management consulting firm focused on private market transactions. Prior to that, he served as a principal investor at Insight Equity and Stellex Capital, before launching an independent sponsor platform focused on lower middle market food manufacturing and industrial businesses. Paul has deployed more than $1 billion in enterprise value and served as an active investor and board member at companies with combined revenues exceeding $1 billion. He began his career at J.P. Morgan in the Investment Bank’s Diversified Industries group. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Fordham University, where he also serves as an adjunct professor teaching finance courses.
