Mahesh has been associated with Sayaji Hotel, Pune since 2023, building his experience across key HR roles including Deputy HR Manager and Human Resources Manager. His journey within the organisation has given him a strong understanding of hospitality operations, employee needs and the importance of effective people practices.
In his current role as Cluster Human Resources Manager (Maharashtra), Mahesh works across HR functions with a focus on employee engagement, talent development, training, leadership initiatives and building a positive workplace culture.
