Little Angel Puts Diaper Quality Under the Lens as Moms from All over India Go Behind the Scenes at PAN Health’s Manufacturing Facility

Sep 15:  For most mothers, choosing a diaper is a decision made around a few very real questions: Will it be soft enough? Will it fit comfortably? Will it absorb well? Will it leak? And, above all, can I trust it for my baby?

Little Angel, the baby care brand under PAN Health, decided to highlight these questions through its latest campaign, “Maa Ne Dekha. Tabhi Toh Bharosa Kiya.” As part of the initiative, 10+ Moms from different parts of India were invited to visit PAN Health’s manufacturing facility in Rajkot and see for themselves how Little Angel diapers are made and tested.

The idea was straightforward: instead of asking mothers to simply trust a product claim, let them see what goes behind making the product.

The Moms were taken through PAN Health’s manufacturing facility, known to be India’s largest manufacturing facility for disposable personal hygiene products, and witnessed the different stages involved in producing Little Angel diapers- from manufacturing and hygiene controls to quality assurance and product testing.

One of the key takeaways by the mothers from the visit was the extent of quality checks involved in the overall production process. The mothers were shown the 34+ quality checks carried out across manufacturing and testing processes, including 4.  including absorbency, softness, fit, leakage and no-skin-mark testing. They also witnessed a robotic baby leakage test, offering a practical demonstration of how diaper performance is assessed.

This activity allowed the mothers to touch and feel the Little Angel Soft & Pure Diaper Pants, the brand’s premium offerings, helping them understand the product features better that are developed around common parent concerns around the choice of diapers. These include No-Marks Comfort™, with a focus on softer waistbands and cuffs; MaxAbsorb Tech, designed for faster absorption; and AirSlim™ Fit, aimed at providing a lighter and slimmer fit. There were rounds of demonstrations related to absorbency, leakage and skin-mark testing during the activity.

For the Moms, seeing the manufacturing and quality processes first-hand was a reassuring experience and strengthened their confidence not only in Soft & Pure, but in Little Angel as a brand.

Mr. Chirag Pan, CEO & MD, PAN Health, said, “A mother’s trust is not something that can be built through a claim alone. She wants to know what goes behind the product her baby is going to wear for hours. That was the thinking behind inviting mothers into our manufacturing facility. We wanted them to see the processes, ask questions and experience the product themselves. ‘Maa Ne Dekha. Tabhi Toh Bharosa Kiya’ is really about that confidence that comes from seeing things first-hand.”

Rather than treating the factory visit as a one-time brand experience, Little Angels is using the initiative to bring greater visibility to the manufacturing and quality processes that sit behind everyday baby-care products.

At its core, “Maa Ne Dekha. Tabhi Toh Bharosa Kiya.” is built around a simple proposition: when it comes to the babies, mothers want to see before they place their trust in any brand.
