Jio Haptik Appoints Adarsh. as Enterprise Business Head to Accelerate Global Enterprise AI Growth

Mumbai, August 31, 2026: Jio Haptik, a leading conversational and agentic AI platform for enterprises, today announced the appointment of Adarsh. as Enterprise Business Head, effective August, 2026. In his new role, Adarsh will lead Jio Haptik’s overall Enterprise business, with a mandate to accelerate growth and deepen strategic customer relationships across key global markets. He will oversee sales, customer success, international expansion and partnerships, with a focus on expanding existing accounts, driving broader adoption of AI-powered solutions and building a scalable, outcome-led enterprise business.

Adarsh brings nearly two decades of experience across India, APAC, the Middle East and the US, spanning enterprise sales, strategic account management, business development, partnerships, cloud, AI and digital transformation.

Speaking about his appointment, Adarsh, said, “The next phase of Enterprise AI will not be about deploying more bots, it will be about delivering measurable business outcomes through intelligent agents. At Jio Haptik, my focus will be to help enterprises move from experimentation to scale, while building deeper customer relationships and a stronger global Enterprise growth engine.”

Jio Haptik currently works with 500+ enterprises globally, with more than 100 enterprises having adopted its voice AI capabilities. As enterprise AI adoption moves from experimentation to scaled deployment, the company is focused on accelerating its enterprise business across India, EMEA, APAC and LatAm, while driving deeper adoption of voice AI, agentic AI and AI-led automation.

As part of his mandate, Adarsh will focus on moving Jio Haptik’s enterprise relationships from individual projects towards strategic, multi-use-case partnerships, helping customers expand AI adoption across multiple customer journeys, channels and business functions. The company will also look to increase enterprise deal sizes by addressing broader business challenges through AI Agents, Voice AI and end-to-end customer journey automation.

Another key priority will be developing vertical-led AI propositions for sectors where Jio Haptik has strong customer relationships and market credibility, including BFSI, Retail, Telecom, Healthcare, Consumer, and Travel & Hospitality. Jio Haptik will also focus on helping enterprises measure AI through tangible business outcomes such as automation, conversion, customer experience, response time, productivity and cost efficiency.

Prior to Jio Haptik, Adarsh’s experience at Trianz included working with large enterprises on technology-led transformation opportunities. He has also been involved in building entrepreneurial ventures, including FluidSpace, a flexible workspace marketplace, and Novum, an IoT-focused company. His professional background includes exposure to AWS, Microsoft Azure, Databricks, Generative AI, enterprise cloud transformation and digital platforms, alongside extensive experience in large-account management and enterprise go-to-market.
